(Usage time)

Please strictly observe the usage time within the time you applied in advance. If you wish to extend the usage time, please contact us as soon as possible. For extension of time, you will be billed separately for the extension fee described in the price list. However, please note that we may refuse to extend the period if it causes trouble for the next user. Usage time includes preparation, cleanup, and confirmation time. Please finish cleaning up 10 minutes before leaving the room, and restore it to its original state after use. After confirming the cleanup and checking the equipment, you will leave the room. Please leave promptly when it is time to leave.

(Loading and unloading)

You can use the elevator to load and unload works and luggage. Please contact us in advance if you will be using the stairs. If the elevator or common areas are damaged or soiled during loading and unloading, we will charge you for the damages.

(Rental space usage restrictions)

Applicants may not transfer or sublease all or part of the right to use this rental space to a third party. If the applicant violates this agreement and transfers or subleases all or part of the right to use this rental space, use will be immediately suspended and all future usage qualifications will be revoked. (Safety management)

・While using the rental space, the user is responsible for safety management such as disaster prevention and crime prevention. In addition, the person in charge of using the rental space on the day must be present at all times while using the rental space.

・For the safety of visitors and related parties, please familiarize yourself with the location and usage of emergency exits and disaster prevention equipment in preparation for emergencies. Please check the rental space when using it.

・Please note that we may enter the rental space if we deem it necessary for maintenance and management of the rental space.

・Please refrain from entering animals other than guide dogs and service dogs.

・If it is deemed necessary for crime prevention, we may ask you to move your belongings or equipment even if they are in use.
